Hi folks,
Sorry for the flurry of emails last week. The extremely well-lubricated Andrew
Wood, foundation member of the original Buddha mailing list, has courteously
and imaginatively created a mailing list for random tidbits which is
unmoderated, and upon discussion we decided that it might be best to leave
Buddha as it is - an occasional, highly moderated, low-traffic list.
If you're after something a bit more casual and fun which allows discussion,
please subscribe to Eclectika (announcement attached, apologies for those
receiving this twice). So after four whole days of freedom, I'm closing Buddha
again.
BTW, if you're interested in any involvement at all in protests for Tibet
_of_any_sort_, please email me soon.
Tim

I've created Yet Another Mailing List...
Eclectika is a mailing list for posting things that catch your eye.
Groups of us are always sending tidbits to each other that we find
weird, amusing, thought-provoking, cute or whatever. Eclectika is a
mailing list for posting things that catch your eye, ideas that
you simply must express and stuff that you want to discuss.
eclectic: 1. Hist. Designating, of, or belonging to a class of ancient
philosophers who selected from various schools of thought such

systems; broad rather than exclusive in matters of opinion,
taste, etc.
eclectika is moderated only by yourself,
thoughtfully send whatever you want...
