Although some of the spiritual teachers associated with Integral Institute come from theistic traditions, a great many of the people who find the work of Ken Wilber associate themselves with either a New Age spirituality or, very commonly, one of the Buddhist traditions. But a lot of us have a Christian or Judaic background that we’ve walked away from – often with some hostility.

I’ve just noticed a couple of posts in the last few days float across the Integral blogs I watch about a Rabbi Gafni talk about addressing God in the third person (“God is…”Wink, in the first person (“I Am That…”Wink and, controversially for use post-theistic refugees, the second person.
