The Abdominal Training FAQ - Index Page

Two hypertext versions of the Ab FAQ are available.

One is a more-or-less single document where links allow you to jump about inside the document. If you want to print the whole document out or just get the whole thing in one chunk this is the correct option.

The other is a network of small files with links between them. If you want to get the answer to a single question or you hate a long wait to see anything this version is more sensible.

Both versions contain exactly the same material. The only difference is in the way it's presented. Enjoy.

Note: The FAQ has not been updated since 1996. This is the most recent version.
